“Work and Passion”

This conference will take place on Saturday 8 March 2025 with Claude Monteil, former mason and stonecutter, “Compagnon de Devoir du Tour de France” [Craftsmen Association for Professional Training in France].

Young people, their parents, teachers or apprenticeship supervisors are invited to a debate with him in the Eiffel Tower room of Chez Grand’Mère, the restaurant of the Living History Museum.

Claude Monteil loves transmitting the idea that a manual work is not only a way to make a living but also a valuable reservoir of knowledge, a passion that makes life more beautiful, allows you to make friends and find happiness…
