School Posters “A day in the life of a mother”
In the Museum atrium, visitors will be able to admire a collection of school posters on the theme of “A day in the life of a mother”, gathered by Professor Jean-Pierre Vieville, from 29 March to 12 April.
On Saturday 5 May at 3pm, he will put on his school-teacher costume to give a conference to talk about the importance of the posters pinned in the classrooms during the 30-years post-war boom (Les Trente Glorieuses) in France. It was also important to teach through images.
Our youngest will get the opportunity to discover a past that has just flown. Our eldest will be moved to see a world gone by again !
