Children, Water and the Museum

Throughout their visit, children discover objects that tell the story of our relationship with water: hand pump, well, washing machine, firefighters’ buckets…

Water  its supply and transport for everyday uses in the past… So many witnesses of daily life showing that water has never been a given.

Alongside, an educational booklet is provided at reception, to extend the experience and, through play, learn the right habits to adopt. A simple, joyful and concrete way to raise awareness of ecology and the memory of gestures from the past.

“This activity complements the permanent trail and allows every young visitor to become a little ambassador for the preservation of water.”

Starting April 12, and throughout the year, this booklet will be available at the Museum shop (price: contribution toward printing costs).

Discovery guaranteed for young and old alike!
